Ultramat6는 NDIR dual beam alternate type의 고정도(High-End) 분석기로서 매우 낮은 범위의 가스 농도를 구할 수 있으며 여러 가지 특수한 공정에 사용 가능한 분석기 입니다. 특히 분석기의 재질을 알루미늄, stainless, titanium, tantalum등 다양하게 적용할 수 있고 ATEX, CSA등 방폭 인증도 구비하고 있어 다양한 공정제어에 적합합니다.

■ Overview

The ULTRAMAT 6 single-channel or dual-channel gas analyzers operate according to the NDIR two-beam alternating light principle measure gases highly selectively absorption bands lie in the infrared wavelength range from 2 to 9 μm, such as CO, CO₂, NO, SO₂, NH₃, H₂O, CH₄ and other hydrocarbons. Single-channel analyzers measure up to 2 gas components, dual-channel analyzers up to 4 gas components simultaneously.
